Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app Subscriptions Tracker: Bills (the "App"), provided by Anastasiya Kharashkevich, based in Poland ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
1. The App
The App helps you keep track of your subscriptions and recurring payments, reminds you about upcoming renewals and price changes, and, with your permission, shows your app usage from Screen Time. The App does not connect to your bank and does not make, change or cancel payments on your behalf. Cancellation links, when shown, lead to the service provider or Apple, and cancellation is completed by you.
2. Premium subscription
Some features require a Premium subscription purchased through the App Store:

Prices may vary by country and are shown in the App before you purchase. We may occasionally offer a discounted price for the first period, which is shown in the App together with the regular price that applies afterwards.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you start one.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price of your plan.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions).
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, such as prices and payment dates. Reminders are provided for convenience and depend on your device settings, including notifications being enabled. We are not responsible for charges, fees or losses if a reminder is missed, delayed or based on inaccurate information.
4. No financial advice
Information in the App, including spending summaries and usage insights, is for informational purposes only and is not financial, legal or tax advice.
5. Third-party services and trademarks
Names and logos of third-party services are shown only to help you identify your subscriptions. They belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of these services.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App except as permitted by law, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
