Subscriptions Tracker

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app Subscriptions Tracker: Bills (the "App") handles your information. The App is developed and operated by Anastasiya Kharashkevich, based in Poland ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In short: the App works without an account and without a bank connection. The subscriptions you add are stored on your device. Screen Time data is processed by Apple on your device and is never sent to us. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

1. Information you enter

You can add subscriptions to the App, including the service name, price, currency, billing cycle, next payment date, category, payment method label and notes. This information is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, it is stored in your private iCloud account, which is managed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot access your iCloud data.

2. Screen Time data

With your permission, the App uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks (Family Controls and Device Activity) to show how much you use the apps linked to your subscriptions. This data is processed on your device by Apple's system frameworks. It is not transferred to us or to any third party, and we cannot see which apps you use or for how long. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings > Screen Time.

3. Notifications

Renewal, free trial and price reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings > Notifications.

4. Purchases

Premium subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple provides us with limited, non-identifying information about purchases (for example, whether a subscription is active) so we can unlock Premium features.

5. Diagnostics

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. These do not identify you.

6. Support requests

If you contact us by email, we use your email address and the content of your message only to answer your request. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to help you and then delete it.

7. What we do not do

8. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process information to provide the App's features you request (performance of a contract), to answer your support requests (legitimate interest) and, where required, based on your consent, such as Screen Time access and notifications, which you can withdraw at any time.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because your subscription data is stored on your device, you can edit or delete it directly in the App, or delete everything by removing the App. For any request, contact us at app.travel.mind@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-party services and brands

The App shows names and logos of subscription services only to help you identify your subscriptions. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these services. When you open an external link, such as a cancellation page, that service's own privacy policy applies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
